3D Secure Authentication for Card Payments

For orders placed within Europe, your bank may request 3D Secure authentication to confirm your identity. This verification can be completed via SMS, email, or Touch ID. Once the authentication and payment are successfully processed, you will be redirected to the Luca Risivi Gioielli confirmation page and receive an order confirmation email.

Paying with PayPal

To pay via PayPal, simply select “PayPal” from the available payment methods and log in to your account to authorize the transaction securely.

Paying by Bank Transfer

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an email containing all the necessary details to complete your payment. Your order will be confirmed — and your jewels prepared for shipment — once the funds have been received in our account.

When Will My Account Be Charged?

Payments made by credit card or PayPal are processed immediately upon placing your order. For bank transfers, the amount will be debited once your bank has completed the transaction.


Shipping & Delivery

Every order is prepared with the utmost care and dispatched securely with full insurance and traceability. Our trusted partners — Ferrari, and DHL — ensure safe, timely delivery both in Italy and worldwide.

Delivery Times and Conditions

Italy
Shipping within Italy is complimentary, with no minimum purchase required. Deliveries are handled by Ferrari, or DHL, and typically arrive within 2–4 business days.

European Union
For destinations within the European Union, shipping is free on orders over €1000 and carried out by Ferrari, or DHL. Delivery is estimated within 2–6 business days.

Rest of the World
For international destinations outside the European Union, shipping is complimentary on orders above €1,000. Delivery is typically completed within 3–8 business days.
Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any potential delays due to customs procedures are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with all relevant details. As soon as your jewels have been dispatched, a second email will follow containing your tracking number to monitor the shipment in real time.

If you have placed multiple orders on different days, please note that they may arrive separately.
