What warranty applies to pre-owned jewellery?

All our jewels are covered by the legal warranty provided under the Consumer Code (D.Lgs. 206/2005). Pre-owned pieces include a 12-month warranty covering any existing defects, while items bought online are protected for up to 24 months.



Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes, you can. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase if you change your mind — no explanation needed. Return shipping costs are covered by the client, unless otherwise stated in current promotions or special conditions.

Can I exchange or sell my pre-owned jewellery?

Certainly. If you want to give away your vintage jewellery, contact us for a free evaluation: you can receive an offer of exchange (store credit) or a direct payment.

As a client, you only need to provide a valid form of identification. We take care of all documentation and traceability required by law, ensuring a secure, transparent, and discreet transaction.
